Weather fickleness, ie) anxiously awaiting fall,
but knowing I'll miss summer the moment it's gone
Skyping with my BFF
Wine cubes
Freshly cleaned pillowcases
Dove chocolates and their surprisingly relevant messages
A friendly "pop" vs. "soda" debate
The Cheers theme song

I love the fall OPI colors. I need to stock up on some! I love clean pillowcases! I think those are the best.

ooohhh, the Fall OPI colors look magnificent...too bad so few people see them! But I'll still do it -- makes me feel good to look down at the little toes in color! And as for coffee...I'm happy just holding the coffee mug with coffee -- caffeine has an effect for me as soon as that moment!

ReplyDeleteI don't care if it's still 90 degrees on Sept. 20th (or 21st, whenever the first day of fall is), I will begin wearing my fall colored nail polish on that day.
ReplyDeleteI've never seen these wine cubes! They look a little like the boxes chicken broth comes in, so it weirds me out a little, but I'll have to try them out. Wonder if they have a Malbec...
When you live in the south, there is an addition to the pop v. soda debate because we call everything "coke".

Part of me is soooo excited for Fall, and other parts will miss this amazing summer we've had!

I need to do some serious nail polish shopping, not because I need some, but because I want some.
As much as I'm going to miss summer, I do love the new fall nail polishes. And I'm with you on the clean pillow cases, I'm switching mine out all the time!

ReplyDeleteWow, just last night I was in Walmart and saw this book titled "The Book of Awesome". It's just s compilation of extremely small, everyday things that make us happy in life. I must say that the first idea that came to mind was putting that concept into a blog post, lol. It seems you've beaten me to the punch ;) Hahaha!

Great list, and in agreement with so much of it! I love fall colors (it's my color season!), love to call pop soda around my husband and see if he teases me, and those messages in Divine Dove chocolate are just wonderful!

ReplyDeleteOh my, I love so many of these things! I laughed particularly hard about Prince William. I get a little excited every time I hear the engagement rumors debunked. Even though I'm already married. And I don't even find him all that attractive anymore. It's the principle!!
