365 Days of Happy: Day 125
I blame it on hanging out with the girls all weekend. All of the estrogen has left me with little desire to do anything but experiment with hair and makeup, paint my nails, and play girly game such as this classic from my childhood.
I can still hear the phrases in my head:
"He looks good in whatever he wears, but he's not wearing a tie."
"I know who it is, but I'm not telling!"
"You're right, I really like you!"
Did you ever play Dream Phone? Or perhaps Mall Madness?
(I should probably sue Mall Madness for turning me on to credit cards.)

ReplyDeleteas I read those phrases, i can hear them exactly! and oh mall madness. how fantastic!
ReplyDeleteOh man! My cousin used to have those games (my parents thought they were frivolous, I guess, and got me games like Scrabble that fueled my bookishness). I loved playing these, it was a special treat when I stayed with my cousin!
ReplyDeleteI played both and loved both!
ReplyDeleteMy friend Jess spent months looking at yard sales and salvation army stores for Dream Phone. She finally found it and one girl's night, we played! It was so much fun and brought back a million memories. I remember being so upset when I got the ugly guy.
ReplyDeleteO.M.G. My friend totally had that game. It is SO FUN!!!! (and funny now)
ReplyDeleteTOTALLY had Dream Phone! I made my little brother play with me & we still say those lines to each other! Ha! Good times!
ReplyDeleteOh, I LOVED Mall Madness! My sister and I would play that all the time, and we still refer to the "Chitchen Store" because it cracked us up how the little recorded lady said "Kitchen", heh ;)
ReplyDeleteI loved both of those games! I probably still have them packed somewhere!
