365 Days of Happy: Days 135-140

Photobucket

I recently got home from my first-ever trip to Arizona!

Though I did not return to Carolina with cowgirl boots and spurs, I absolutely fell in love with the area and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to see it and to have lived a life of leisure for a few days.

I mean, seriously, a girl could get used to poolside life, not cooking (who am I kidding, I rarely cook anyway), and sightseeing.

I suppose that's all I have to say right now, so on to a few pics...

I guess now's a good time to confess that
I'm not really a vegetarian anymore, eh?

A view like this sums up why I fell in love
with the Phoenix/Tempe/Chandler/Scottsdale area.

Oh my goodness those pictures are awesome!! I can see why you fell in love with that area. Driving back from California we were able to see such an amazing sunset there and I was really blessed to get some great pictures of it!

these pictures are stunning. I would love to take a trip to AZ. My mom moved to Phoenix when she was 19! (came back after a few years!) but she loved it there.

Yea for In-N-Out! I will not apologize for the In-N-Out photo being my favorite! ;-) I adore it...and wish we had it where I lived! What did you use to get the black rim on the photos? And yes, the other photos are gorgeous...glad you had a good time - you deserve it!

Sounds like a fabulous trip - I love that the cat is out of the bag for your vegetarian days! :)

The good ol' USA has a lot to offer a traveler. Glad you were able to get out and see some of it! That dessert heat sure is different from the Carolina heat right?
